How to Dress Up Your Acai Bowl

Add a bold twist to spice up your tropical acai bowl with these five creative ideas! It will definitely be rewarding for your tongue palate!

For each of the recipes below, place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until the mixture is completely smooth. Pour the mixture into a bowl or a cracked coconut husk. Garnish with toppings and a drizzle of vanilla essence or honey!

Summer Acai Bowl

Ingredients

For acai base

  • 2 tablespoons of frozen Acai Berry

  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • ½ cup frozen berries

  • ½ cup frozen cherries

  • ¼ cup frozen pineapple chunks

  • ¼ cup frozen mango chunks

  • 2 soft dates

For topping

  • Sliced mangoes

  • Chia seeds

  • Blueberries

  • Cashews

  • Edible flowers

  • ½ cup almond milk

  • 1 frozen banana, sliced

  • ⅔ ripe banana, sliced

  • ½ cup frozen papaya

  • ½ ripe banana, sliced

  • 1 ½ tsp natural unsalted peanut butter

  • ½ ripe banana, sliced

  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

  • ½ cup frozen strawberries

  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk

For topping

  • A handful of chopped almonds

  • ½ banana, sliced

  • A drizzle of raw honey

  • 2 tsp shredded unsweetened coconut

  • 1 tbsp cocoa flakes

  • 1 ½ tsp natural unsalted peanut butter
